Kevin Polyn is a Partner of the firm.

He advises companies on structuring and/or restructuring transactions and equity financing (fundraising, venture capital, growth capital, LBOs). His experience and expertise enable him to support shareholders and business leaders in their development projects.

Kevin Polyn is also a director of Autonomie & Solidarité (a player in solidarity-based finance) and provides training to entrepreneurs at the Rev3 incubator run by the Hauts-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He works in French, English and Spanish.
