Edouard Augris is a Founding Partner of the firm.

He advises French and foreign companies, listed or unlisted, on corporate law. He is particularly active in advising on and supporting equity financing transactions (venture capital, growth capital and LBOs), acquisitions and disposals, and the structuring or reorganisation of corporate groups.

He puts his expertise at the service of business leaders in connection with their development projects and personal wealth organisation.
