Kévin Polyn

Kévin Polyn is a Partner of the firm.

He advises companies on their structuring and/or restructuring and equity transactions (fund-raising, venture capital, development capital, LBOs). His experience and expertise enable him to work alongside partners and managers on their development projects.

Kévin Polyn is also a board member of Autonomie & Solidarité (a company dedicated to socially responsible finance), and provides training for entrepreneurs at the Rev3 incubator of the Hauts-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He works in French, English and Spanish.
