Edouard Augris

Edouard Augris is a founding Partner of the firm.

He advises French and foreign companies, whether listed or not, in corporate law matters. More specifically, he provides advice and support on corporate finance transactions (venture capital, growth capital and LBOs), sale-acquisition transactions and structuring or reorganisation transactions for corporate groups.

He makes his expertise available to managers in their development and asset organisation projects.

He works in French and English.
